How much will it cost to get my home cleaned?

The rate depends on whether you live in a single family house, a condominium, a townhouse, or a studio. We also take in consideration the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and any additional assignments that need to be performed upon each visit.

Why payment methods does Perfect Maid Inc. accepts?

We gladly accept the two most common payment methods: CASH & CHECKS.

I am really happy with the last crew that cleaned my residence, will they be the same team that cleans my home on regular basis?

Yes. Unless you request a change, we will continue sending the same crew that is already familiar with your home and understands your needs and expectations. Each of our employees goes through training, and each one is customer friendly, honest and dedicated to their job. All of our employees carry themselves in a professional manner

What if something gets damaged during the cleanup?

Out crew members are very cautious and respectful towards everything in your home. You shouldn’t worry, but if an item should be damaged or destroyed, we will gladly replace it or repair it.

Do I have to be home during your visit?

Absolutely not! Unless you want to but we want you to enjoy your time and invest it wisely! We definitely need to have access to your home, which is why you have the option of leaving a key with your doorman, with us, or you can let us know how to access your home. We take the proper steps to ensure they keys are coded and they are collected

I need to reschedule my upcoming cleaning appointment, what do I need to do?

You may reschedule or skip the scheduled cleaning, but with respect to our cleaning crew we require a 48 hour notice.
